The verdict
BILL Spend & Expense
Best for rewards and spend controls on domestic cards
A charge card with a $1K-$5M credit line set on business cash and revenue, not a pre-funded balance. Earns tiered points (up to 7x dining, 5x hotels, 2x software); Wise pays no rewards. Adds multi-step approval workflows, receipt capture, and reimbursements that Wise lacks. But it charges foreign transaction fees, where Wise does not.
A multi-currency debit card with no foreign transaction fees at the mid-market rate, versus BILL's FX fees. Includes bill pay with BatchTransfer (up to 1,000 payments from a spreadsheet); BILL keeps AP in a separate product. Spend is capped at your deposited balance, so there is no credit line, no rewards, and only per-card limits rather than approval routing.
