Trademark & logo policy
DecisionWire covers products made by other companies, so our pages show their names and logos. This page explains how and why we use them — and, if you're a rights holder, exactly how to ask us to change or remove yours.
The short version
Vendor names and logos belong to their owners. We show them only to identify and comment on the products we cover, which is not a claim of affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement in either direction. If you own a mark and want it changed or removed, email corrections@decisionwire.com and we'll act promptly.
Vendor names & logos
The product names, company names, logos, and other trademarks shown on DecisionWire are the property of their respective owners. We display them for one reason: to identify the products we research and to comment on and compare them — a normal, descriptive (nominative) use. We don't alter logos beyond resizing them to a uniform display format, and we don't use any company's marks in a way meant to suggest that the company endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with DecisionWire. Likewise, our coverage of a product is independent and does not imply that we are endorsed by its maker.
Our own brand
"DecisionWire," our logo, and the look and feel of this site are ours. Please don't use them in a way that implies we endorse or are affiliated with your product, service, or organization without our permission.
Request a change or removal
If you're the owner of a trademark or logo (or their authorized representative) and you'd like us to remove or change how we display it, email corrections@decisionwire.com with:
- the mark or logo in question and the page(s) where it appears (a link is ideal);
- what you'd like done — removal, replacement, or a specific correction; and
- confirmation that you own the mark or are authorized to act for the owner.
We review these promptly and will remove or update the logo on a valid request — you don't need to have an affiliate or business relationship with us. If your request is about a fact rather than a mark, the same address handles corrections.
Copyright
If you believe content on DecisionWire infringes your copyright, email corrections@decisionwire.com with enough detail to identify the work and where it appears, and we'll respond promptly.
