The verdict
Bluehost
Best for a fully-loaded WordPress entry plan
Bluehost's Starter ships features Hostinger gates behind Business: free CDN, Redis object cache, and staging are all on every plan. It also allows 10 sites vs 3, posts a 99.99% uptime SLA vs 99.9%, and starts $1 cheaper at $9.99. The trade-off is 10 GB storage vs Hostinger's 20 GB.
Hostinger includes white-label client dashboards and free email mailboxes at the entry tier, both of which Bluehost charges extra for or omits. It also adds Multisite support, 20 GB storage vs 10 GB, and a LiteSpeed server. The catch: CDN, object cache, and staging only unlock on its Business plan.
